Worship has always been at the heart of our identity at Emmanuel Church. As one of our core values, worship is part of our everyday walk with our Lord. The term “worship” is usually connected to music. However, worship is so much more than music: it is a way of life. It is a fervent pursuit of Jesus in ALL areas of our lives. It is not just an experience on Sunday mornings. It is a life-giving, life-changing, moment-by-moment encounter with the living God! We must at all times acknowledge that our “audience” is an “audience of One”. Our worship is not a performance for man, but an outpouring of praise to our glorious Heavenly Father.
